That being said, go for whatever you want to draw. Not all digital art is anime/manga after all.** A large majority of these tutorials do lean towards that style, but the techniques shown can be easily applied to any other style. **You do NOT have to draw/color in anime/manga style for your VN. It seems there's a lack of direction when it comes to coloring and making the most of your programs, so I decided to compile a list of coloring/lineart tutorials since our Art Learning Resources thread is more geared towards getting people started on drawing and learn basic art concepts like anatomy, color theory, perspective, shapes, etc. Here at the Asset Creation section, one of the most common questions I see popping up is how to utilize digital art programs in order to do nifty things like lineart and shading.
